Caroline Wozniacki and David Lee put Miami beach penthouse on the market for $42.5 million - 3 minutes read
Tennis star Caroline Wozniacki and her husband, former NBA forward David Lee, have listed their marvelous Miami Beach penthouse.
The athletic pair, who got married in 2019, are asking $42.5 million for the luxe residence.
The large unit is in a building on ultraexclusive Fisher Island, where celebs like Oprah Winfrey and Mel Brooks also own residences. Wozniacki and Lee bought the five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom property in 2021 for $18.7 million.
And this isn’t their first foray on Fisher Island: The duo previously owned another apartment in the same building. They sold that unit in February 2021 for $16.25 million.
This picture-perfect penthouse has a sprawling layout and lots of light.
