#ALBANIA: Mr. Edi Rama the Prime Minister here recently had an interview with a news reporter while wearing shorts, a tea shirt, and barefooted.

Several news outlets interpreted this very differently. 

However, the man was at his Summer home, and this visit was not planned. It was impromptu.

So he welcomed the reporter in his home, just like a friend or neighbor.
